It was unique, new-fashioned and by a curtain of chains.

Beautifully designed and neat unit with an industrial decor. Absolutely fabulous building, marvellous and amazing location close to LES, near subway, restaurants as well as cool bars and restaurants. Also, to midtown & Brooklyn trains.

I loved being just a few steps from both Elizabeth Street Garden and the lively streets of SoHo, made my weekend strolls an absolute delight. The modern and comfortable room provided a great spot to rest after many adventures around the city.

Staff very pleasant. Doorman very helpful and friendly. Not enough towels in room but staff arrived quickly with needed supplies. Easy walk to NYU. Lots of great restaurants in area. Subway 1 block away. Whole foods one block away.
Rate presented at check in did not match Booked.net rate. Even when I showed the Booked.net confirmation printout had to wait at front desk for them to verify. Front desk did not provide info re: other facilities, ie gym or restaurant. Black and white with glass and cement decor can seem harsh. Would have liked to see a splash of color. Have to pay for Wifi.

Could hear the pipes when running water in bathroom. Lighting could be better (too dim, no lights on one side of room)

We liked marvellous and decent location.
The room we stayed in was soundproof with a tub.

Had an amazing group getaway with friends! Loved hitting the local shops and grabbing bites at nearby restaurants. The vibe at the club was unreal, and the rooftop terrace view was a highlight. Just a heads up, the pool has limited hours and gets crowded quickly, so plan accordingly!
It could be a bit uncomfortable, especially late at night.

Cleanliness and big windows
They forgot to provide enough towels almost everyday. We were woken up noise from the next room - kids were screaming in the communal space.

Good location and interesting room design plus cool shower & free NY Times.
Lack of replacement shampoo each day; noise Sat night on 7th floor.
